Body types and clothing recommendations

Knowing your body type helps you navigate clothing choices quickly: understanding which silhouettes create visual balance and which do not. The tool calculates your type from four measurements and gives specific cut recommendations.

Pear (Triangle)
Hips are noticeably wider than shoulders and chest. The goal is to visually widen the upper body: structured shoulders, bright details and prints on top, voluminous sleeves. Keep the bottom dark and straight-cut — A-line and flare only accentuate the hips.
Inverted Triangle
Shoulders are wider than hips. The goal is to add volume at the bottom: flared trousers, voluminous skirts, light-coloured bottoms. Keep the top minimal — no epaulettes, wide collars or voluminous sleeves.
Hourglass
Chest and hips are proportionate, waist is defined. One of the most versatile types: fitted silhouettes, stretchy fabrics and belts all work well. Avoid shapeless oversized pieces that hide your proportions.
Rectangle
All measurements are close, waist is not defined. The goal is to create the illusion of curves: belts, crop tops with high-waist bottoms, layering and drapery. Asymmetric and diagonal lines work well.
Apple (Oval)
Waist is wider than hips and chest, with volume concentrated in the centre. Vertical lines, V-necklines, longline jackets and straight trousers work best. Avoid wide belts and voluminous details around the abdomen.
